On Thursday, May 10, at 10:00 a.m. at the front of the new Mesa County Centralized Services Building located at 200 Spruce Street, John Leane will turn in his petitions for his candidacy for Mesa County Commissioner and discuss his plans for Mesa County. Leane, a former Mesa County Commissioner from 1989-1993, will be running for the District 1 seat that will be vacated. Leane is running as an Independent.
